Apple has some impressive engineering for sure. One “feature” of Air Pods is how easy they are to remove. Once they’re in you literally just move in any direction and they fly right out of your ears. A truly impressive bit of engineering. But it sucks if you want to wear them when running or working out. These disable the Air Pods “auto eject” feature and make them actually useable. Great product.

I just received these this morning and I already know they've solved my problem. My ears are on the small side and I have a very hard time finding any earbuds that will stay in my ears. AirPods Gen 1, 2, & 3 stay in better than any others I've found including Beats, but they don't offer the sound quality of the Pros. My ears push the Pros out within a few minutes even if I'm sitting perfectly still. The sound is so great from the Pros compared to all others that I became determined to keep them and find a way to make them stay in. After reading a lot of reviews, I chose these hooks and I'm so glad I did. The package contains 2 pair of "small" and 2 pair of "large". It's really hard to tell the difference and it appears to be just a slightly longer hook on the large. I put one of the small on one AirPod and the instant I put it in my ear I knew I had found what I've been seeking. These are super comfortable. The only reason I know it's there is because my AirPod is staying in my ear. I can shake my head, bend over, talk, laugh, move around and my AirPods aren't budging at all. Hallelujah! This has been so frustrating. You do have to remove these from your AirPods before you put them back in the case. However, it is very easy to slip these hooks on and off, yet they don't fall off. Well-designed. If you have nails, just be careful to use your finger tips and not your nails and these shouldn't rip easily. The little carry case is the key to making this simple. It would be great if we could charge without having to remove, but given that these solved my entire problem for less than $20, I can live with it. My only wish is that I could reorder just the small size. But I haven't actually tried the large ones. I might find that there isn't a noticeable difference since the smalls definitely fit me. If you require the large size then you're only going to be able to use 2 of the 4 pair. Even if I can only use the two pair of size small, it was worth the small price I paid. I have never experienced sound quality like I get from my AirPod Pros 2 and now I absolutely love them. Highly recommended!

Several times when I've been on a plane for hours, sleeping, an AirPod or two might fall out my ear. Obviously on a plane, where it's already tight, it can be pain to try to find my errant AirPods, sometimes having to ask a seat mate behind me to grab it for me if it falls underneath my seat. So I bought these. And they work great! They're painless and they have yet to fall out of my ear when I them on. They're super easy to put on to the AirPod Pro, and easy to take off, as well. Which you will be doing often, because if these are on, you cannot place the AirPods back in their charging case. But I get that the case wasn't designed for this. So it is what it is. While they ear hooks are off, don't lose them. Use the provided little case keychain thing for the ear hooks. It works pretty well actually. Highly recommended, material seems decent enough. Glad I bought them!

I can’t go without my AirPod silicone hooks! There’s something about the anatomy of my ear canals that has always made it really difficult to keep earbuds in place. They constantly fall right out—so annoying! I used to have to use the kind of hooks that are hard plastic and go behind my ear on the outside (like glasses) but they are very noticeable and get in the way of eyeglasses. These little silicone hooks keep my AirPods (Gen4) perfectly in place no matter what I’m doing. They are no more noticeable than the AirPods alone and I don’t even feel them. There’s probably an adjustment period but I don’t remember being bothered by them even when they were new. I’ve found an easy way to store them since they must be removed before charging your AirPods. I keep my AirPods in a fabric case that Velcros shut and I simply toss the hooks into the case before adding the hard case. Yes, it takes a moment to put the hooks on and take them off, but they are so useful to me that I don’t mind at all. They give you two pairs so if I ever lose one, I’m covered but I’ve had this pair for 1.5 years and haven’t needed a spare yet. Great invention!

I've tried several products to keep my AirPods from falling out, but nothing worked until this. I do heavy outdoor work, and my AirPods now stay securely in place all day. They're comfortable, easy to use, and well worth the money. If your earbuds won't stay in, I highly recommend these.

The AirPod Pro 2 design just doesn’t fit my ear. It’s shaped like a peanut M&M, so it was constantly falling out and always felt weird in my ear. After only being able to use the right AirPod because that was the most secure fit or just switching to the speaker on my phone because the AirPod was bothering my ear, it was time to get some grips. Loved these grips when I first got them in November ‘24. They made the AirPods wearable for the first time. The soft plastic didn’t bother my ears and I loved the carrying case, which kept the grips close by and easy to access. But somewhere around this January, things started going downhill. One, the grips started slipping. I was using the small size and I noticed the once comfortable fit was starting to slip in my ears. My left pod wouldn’t stay in my ear past a few minutes. I switched to a new pair of grips (comes with two small/two large sizes) and went on. But by end of February, the new pair started slipping too! I cleaned the pods, the grips themselves, nothing worked. Last week, I noticed the right grip had a tear in the top. I just threw it away, frustrated that I was back at square one with my AirPod fit. Like I said, loved the grips when I got them. However, I wish there were a few things different: 1. If you’re giving four pairs, great! But I don’t need the large sizes, so those are a waste for me. I wish I could buy four pairs in a small, instead of mixed sizes that I don’t need. 2. The slipping is a huge issue. I don’t know if they stretched out or what, but one pair didn’t last long before I was reaching the next pair. And the rip? Not cool. That’s one grip in the trash. 3. Sell replacement pairs? I don’t want to buy a whole new set with mixed sizes I can’t use and another case I don’t need. Just another set of smalls would do. All in all, I liked these but after a few months they seemed like a waste. Looking for another pair that feels sturdier and comes in one size. And if I have to replace every few months, then on the cheaper side too.

I finally got a new set of Airpods (pro 3), and my coworker told me to look into this product. I have very small ears and ear canals, so even with smaller tips, they constantly fall out. These have been a GAME CHANGER. Working out or eating with AirPods in used to be out of the question. Now, I can go on walks/runs, rock climb, and cook without needing to adjust or pick up an AirPod that flew out. I use the small size, but I tried the large as well. Honestly, in terms of fit, I don’t see a difference; the material is flexible enough that both sizes mold to my ear well. I suppose the large size appears a little less low-profile, but that’s not a concern for me. I haven’t noticed any changes in the noise cancellation or transparency settings on my earbuds when wearing these. If anything, these help maintain proper fit and therefore sound quality. Important note: I cannot speak to the durability of this product yet. Initially, I was skeptical of how long they’d last after seeing how thin the material is and putting them on/off the earbuds a few times. I appreciate that they provide multiple pairs as backups, but hope I don’t run through them quickly. Overall, I highly recommend this product. Shoutout to my coworker for suggesting these. Such a simple fix to an infuriating issue.

TL:DR -- these AirPod covers work. These have held my AirPods in my ears during multiple indoor and outdoor runs. I do have larger-sized ear canals and I have slightly more oily-than-normal complection; please keep that in mind as you read this. I've owned these covers for a few months, and I've paired them with AirPods 4 that I got for Christmas. I've worn both sizes while running (indoor and outdoor) and while lifting weights. I've also worn them during three recent airline flights. I have had zero issues with the AirPods staying put in my ears, and I have had zero discomfort while wearing them. Please understand -- you will feel them when they're in your ears, but it's nothing significant. The feeling is similar to in-ear type earbuds. The level of noise cancellation is equally impressive; I have the ANC-variety of AirPods 4. Now I'll address the "elephant in the room" -- the necessity to remove the covers. Yes, it can be a bit of a pain to get them into the proper position so the sensors and speakers are not blocked. For me, it's not a huge deal since I only use the covers when I'm exercising or using the AirPods for long periods of time. They keep my AirPods in my ear securely, and I have no worry of them falling out. Finally...I have to address customer service -- outstanding! The staff is responsive and helpful; much better than some mainstream companies.

Passen gut in die Ohren (zumindest in meine) und halten die Kopfhörer deutlich besser als ohne die Silikonaufsätze, perfekt zum Joggen. Nachteil ist natürlich, dass die Aufsätze zum Laden abgenommen werden müssen, das ist allerdings unumgänglich, daher 5 Sterne.

Finally a solution to the airpods dropping out of my left ear every few minutes. Very thankful for this product!!
