I have tried this on ahi tuna, sauces, and tortilla chips.I am the type of person that doesn’t like too much sweetness in regular food (lunch, dinner). However, I love sweets so I know that doesn’t make sense!😂 But it is the way it is.That said, I use this sparingly on regular food because it is too sweet for me if I use too much. I like to mix it with other flavors like garlic, dill, rosemary, etc….So, for people who love sweetness in food, this will be a 5 star product.But for me, 4 stars.

This stuff confuses me. It tastes like sweet. That's it. It doesn't really have a flavor. I guess you could combine it with other stuff to sweeten whatever the stuff is. However, at that point, you are just using it as a sweetener. It definitely tastes like neither honey nor butter.It's really just not that interesting of a seasoning, because it doesn't really season anything.

It was so nasty it was oddly sweet I know the powder is supposed to be sweet but it was a weird kind of sweet I threw it out 0/10 do not recommend

The very first ingredient in this cheese seasoning is erythritol, and the second ingredient is monkfruit blended with erythritol again. The ingredients that make the cheese flavor don’t appear until third in the list. Since I didn’t read the ingredients first and just trusted the word CHEESE on the front of the bottle as well as all of the images of Swiss cheese, imagine my surprise when this tasted like diet soda with a weirdly cheesy aftertaste. No thank you. Not even sure how people would use this seasoning. Perhaps on caramel corn? I can’t think of any other way to use a sweetened Swiss/cheddar blend like this. I see there is a photo for fries, but I think sweet potato fries would be the only way. Too gross for me, and into the garbage it went.
