I liked this raw cheddar because it was smooth texture, mildly sharp and tasted great on a grilled cheese sandwich. It is good quality cheese and a good value for the money.

Healthy and only source of CLA
I love this cheese. On its own, sliced I'm cucumbers, in a grilled cheese, you name it! It's one of the few natural food sources left of CLA and this brand is a go to for me with healthy organic food. Taste is mild and it's more of a soft cheese. Love it!

Better than most
It taste all right I don’t think it’s worth the money $10 for a small little piece but it’s good quality and at least it’s organic. I don’t like the fact that they use vegetarian enzymes they might as well just use the same that comes from the cow but you know companies will do whatever.

Love Organic Valley grass fed quality products
Every Organic Valley product I purchased, I love the fact it is organic and pasture raised/grass fed. This white block cheddar has a mild flavor. I wished it had a more distinct sharp flavor. With that said, it is a great product and only brand I am confident in buying.
