It solved 5 issues I had with other stools.
I wish I had found this stool earlier. It solved 5 issues I had with other stools. If they were not heavy, they were too small or too flimsy. If they were the right height they were too heavy to carry around or too bulky. If they were the right size they were not comfortable and if they were affordable they were not durable. I learned my lesson “You get what you pay for”Size is perfect. Just like a regular chair for adults. The design is very smart. Doesn’t require assembly and it folds into a very compact package. Very light to carry around and yet very sturdy made with high quality materials. I am an urban sketcher so I spend many hours sitting on it while drawing in my sketchbook and I find it much more comfortable than my old triangular folding stool. As an added value, it spins on its own axis, so if you are a hunter, a fisherman or a nature photographer you might find it even more useful. My only issue was the price but I spent too many hours sitting on it so it was worth the investment.

Compact side table
This is a good little camp table that stows well in its small stuff sack. Initially, we had hoped to use it as a prep table for our sprinter camper, but soon figured out that it’s only about 16” high. Instead it will work well as a side table around the fire pit. It’s the right size to hold a couple of beverages and some s’more fixings. The lantern hook is a nice addition so that the light can cast further and the lantern doesn’t take up table space. We may also use it as a little side table on our cottage beach!

Seat gets holes!
NOTE: I BOUGHT this item and did not get it free via Vine! I did opt for a used version of this as I did not want to pay full price. The stool itself is indeed well made and sturdy. It is a bit heavy so I wouldn't say it's good for backpackers. We will use it for camping. I like the height, the fact it swivels and it is pretty comfortable. The issue with this stool (that may affect overall longevity) is that when it is completely folded up, the metal frame rubs against the fabric of the seat - making holes all the way through! This is undoubtedly why it was returned. I've had to repair the canvas on both sides of the seat area and hope this will prevent any future holes from rubbing through. For the price-point, which is high, I'd say they need to do a better job of ensuring the frame doesn't rub holes in the seat.

Very sturdy
I use this for outside sitting. It's kind of heavy but that's good to me. Easy to use, you just take it out of the bag and extend each leg that has the push lock. Once it into place it's ready to use. It comes with a carrying bag. It folds up pretty small. The quality is very very good. The seat swivels. I'm happy with this seat.

Compact, Sturdy, and Perfect for Outdoor Adventures!
The collapsible design is lightweight and easy to carry, but it’s incredibly sturdy and supports up to 300 lbs with no problem. The 360-degree swivel adds an extra level of convenience, whether fishing, hiking, or just relaxing.

Perfect height
This is a well made stool. The materials are good quality and heavy duty. The metal frame is strong and sturdy. I ordered this to primarily use inside. I have issues bending for any period of time and kneeling. This makes it a bit difficult to deal with items on lower shelves and to scrub floors and showers. This stool is the perfect height to be able to do those chores. Others stools I looked at were too low and difficult for me to get down to or up from. It will also be handy to keep in the car when going on trips or outings. It comes with a nice carrying bag. A nice extra is the stool seat swivels, making it really convenient when using it to work.

Sturdy and swivels well
This is a pretty ingenious solution for campers. Often we have projects where we are working in the lower storage bins of our rig, and it can get pretty uncomfortable to crouch or squat for long periods of time. This stool provides a way to work in such spaces agilely and more comfortably (my husband only wishes it came with caster wheels). And it doubles as an ottoman for our camping chairs. Yay!It was pretty easy to set up, although I do think it would have been nice to include instructions (it did not). Careful when you unwrap the Velcro strap around the legs, because they snap out quickly and could hit your face if you are too close to it. Don't want to take out an eye. It took me a few minutes to figure out that the four bars supporting the seat are telescopic--you need to extend them and snap them in place on all four sides. The stool itself is pretty sturdy and supports my weight well. It is also easy and quick to fold and stuff back into its bag, which comes conveniently equipped with a carrying strap. In all, this is a nice addition to our camping gear. Recommended.

Heavy at 3 lbs 12.5 oz! Works as a stool or chair
I didn't like how heavy this was at 3 lbs 12.5 oz. You wouldn't want to pack this on a hike. The mechanism is pretty cool though. The legs are held in place with hook and loop. When you disconnect it the legs splay apart on their own. You fold the top up and extend at least two arms. With just two extended it makes sort of a saddle that you can sit on. There isn't back support like that so you may as well pull the other arms out to make it a stool. I found it comfortable as a stool if I sat with one of the arms between my legs. It took some extreme muscle to pull the last arm out until the spring button clicked.I also really like the swivel function. It would be great as a stool in a hunting blind. The two issues I had were weight and the bag cinch was broken. If this was 1/2 the weight and the bag wasn't broken it would be 5 stars. With the weight, you have to ask yourself if you want to bring a chair with more support. There are plenty out there that weigh less. In fact, I have a swivel chair with a back that packs down as small and doesn't weigh this much.
