Do they have plate replacements, and if yes, at what price range?

There are no replacement plates available. My waffle plates only worked once. After that they stuck like glue and had to be thrown away. I contacted Tower and they said they do not have replacement plates. You have to replace the whole unit. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this item.

does this Tower grill have a drip tray for catching the excess oil and fat please?

No, I only use it for waffles and sealed sandwiches so have never needed a drip tray as these items don't release any oil or fat.

Is it stainless steel or aluminium, it says both in the description? Also can you confirm if they are ceramic plates

Hi PTFE coating same as frying pan has 3 year warranty. need to make sure food does not get burned onto coating clean and spray with fine layer of oil after use

It couldn’t even make waffles properly, one side undercooked. So if the unit you receive is the same, it will take and age to heat up, then undercook the chicken on one side.
