Decent grips
These work well for pulling exercises. They can twist a little weird; but, they work for me. Use them for rear delt pulls primarily.

Look no further!
Been using it for a while now it's a pretty good strap if you need something long to hit those areas of the triceps that you can't hit with regular ropes or triceps bars. They're also perfect for face pulls, the length gives a great range of motion.I lifted the maximum weight in my pulley machine which is 75 KG (around 165 lb) and the D ring didn't bend at all nor did it feel like the strap was about to tear or the stitches to be undone. I didn't do that regularly though as this weight is too heavy for me I just lifted it to test the strap but it felt like it can handle it with no problemsKeep in mind that it's light in weight and compact when folded so it's ideal for people who travel or even to take to the gym daily if your gym only has regular ropes

Good buy, little long.
Great buy. I us sit for reverse cable crunches only. They are longer then I expected I prefer a shorter strap so I'm giving it 4 stars. Other wise it's sturdy, rings are good, and so far it's durable because I do a lot of weights on the cables

Strap In & Enjoy this Product
This works great if you have a weight pulley System. I have a bad low back and was surprised this strap allows me do heavy hammer curls without a lot of back pain. These are also wonderful for Face Pulls to work shoulders. Some of the exercises you can perform are: biceps curls, hammer curls, triceps push downs, reverse grip push downs, skull crushers, face pulls, and crunches for abs...

I have no grip strength in my right hand due to a prior injury and I need this product. The strap tightens around my wrist and allows me to do tricepwork.

i use this for bicep and triceps and pull downs for my lats works great

The hand padding on these was pathetic. Very thin. I strained my flexor tendons doing heavy deadlifts and was hoping I could wrap these around a bar to do pull ups and rows while my hand heals, but they just can't take the strain. They buckle, cinch, and collapse so that your hands get bruised and mashed up. Not much better than just using the straps alone. Guess I'll have to just avoid pull exercises for a few weeks.

Best straps for tricep pull downs!
The problem with rope style pull down systems is you must grab the rope relatively tightly, thus causing premature forearm fatigue. Simply slide your hands in these and go to work. You can actually put your hands in a "karate chop" position which really helps reduce your chance of forearm fatigue but also helps you concentrate the effort on the primary muscle group (the triceps).These could also work for over-the-head tricep pulls or kneeling weighted crunches.I've only had these a little while. They seem well constructed.
