I'm happy this is a vegan flaxseed oil omega 3, there's no concern about mercury like with the algae derived vegan omega 3. These gummies taste like orange as advertised. Smell oily, almost strangely fishy. No fish anywhere in this supplement. Easy to chew and soft. They are pretty sweet at 3.2 grams of sugar. The amount of salt in this supplement is 3.16 mg with 16 calories per gummy. It makes me unhappy that the sugar and sodium and calorie amounts for an adult are 6.4 grams and 6.32 mg and 32 calories. Not the numbers I want to see for a health supplement. I took 2 stars away for these reasons. The other ingredients look good but are only non gmo not organic so the quality could be better due pestacides on plant derived ingredients like flaxseeds. The monetary value and quantity is ok but seems maybe $1-2 overpriced for a supplement with a relatively low amount of flax seed oil per serving. If you take therapeutic doses, 400+mgs, this is not a good deal because you will not have a month supply. Overall it's a good supplement but could use some tweaking to make it more of a health supplement than candyish.

While the listing says they’re for kids and teens, the directions conveniently include info for adults (aka kids at heart, like me, who still prefer their supplements in gummy form).
