I purchased the YCKJNB 49-Inch Digital Signage Touchscreen Kiosk. Let me start by saying the packaging is impressive. You'll receive the screen in a triple-layered cardboard box that is double-boxed. They also include a sheet of plastic that is designed to provide an additional layer of protection to the screen. The build quality seems excellent. I would like to see adjustable feet included for installations where you don't need the casters and you're on an uneven floor. I sold hundreds of units like this style from my digital signage business for the last 15 years and I find this brand to be the best and at a great price. All backed by a 3 year warranty. The communication from the company has been very responsive. If you're going to use an external media player like I did, you can skip the Google setup. Simply plug in your media player and change your input to HDMI and you're up and running in minutes! Love that the software doesn't require you to sign in with a Google account. You will need to sign in if you are downloading an APK from the Google Play Store. Also having the electrical receptacle inside near the external media player is a huge plus eliminating the need to run another corder out the bottom of the sign. The 2K screen is vivid and crystal clear, even with all the natural light we have coming in. The touchscreen is very responsive. Also, the slim, modern design is much different than the usual iPhone-looking screens on the market. The Android OS makes everything so simple to manage, and with WiFi, HDMI, and USB options, updating our content is a breeze. The timer feature for automatic on/off is easy to set. The customer service has been excellent, answering any questions right away. I highly recommend this!

This 65-inch 4K touchscreen kiosk is a premium, feature-rich display that delivers excellent performance for digital signage and interactive applications. Set up was ok but could be a little easier for someone who isn't computer savvy Would definitely recommend it for businesses in need of a professional-grade digital signage solution!

I ordered this kiosk for public-facing, interactive demos at conventions and was able to easily assemble and set it up within minutes. The kiosk’s Android interface is akin to your typical Android smartphone and the included remote can help you navigate (should the Android touchscreen navigation not be to your liking). The screen itself has a great view angle range and the included speakers do their job adequately (you’re not going to get home-theatre sound quality but these speakers can be loud enough to be heard in public settings). I was having some issues trying to find specific drivers for the kiosk’s monitor on my Windows 10-based PC that I had hooked up to it via the HDMI port (for more horsepower than the included hardware) and sent an email to the vendor to request information. Within minutes, I received an email and was given the answers I needed to get the touchscreen functionality up and running for my PC (TIP: You’ll need to plug one of the USB cables from the internal compartment into you PC). I was able to get the PC to function perfectly with the kiosk and its touchscreen quickly after that. If you are seeking a touchscreen presentation kiosk with excellent viewing angles and rapid support, I highly recommend this product and vendor.

As well, they handled my issue and was able to give me real time information and support when I needed it for the digital signage machines Machine looks beautiful and large. Good clean display and no scratches which is good for new machinery. I highly recommend the seller. The monitor quality And functionality is very strong. Multi window display was operational and great sound and audio system as well for conference usage and display for our operations.

Received the product in a great condition, it was packed perfectly ensuring it won’t get damaged. We were panicking at first because we coudn’t figure out how to make the content of the usb work so we contacted customer service and Sharon was very patient and helpful, a simple few steps and it was done fantastic! The quality of the digital signage was absolutely good, I would highly recommend this brand. We are even thinking to get another one, don’t think twice of getting this as you will not regret it. It’s the best!
