Exactly what I need for my vertigo therapy. I have to pluck up courage to use it, but that's what I need to do. It's approved by my physio & she assures me that I will get used to it. However, I've got a long way to go and much more difficult exercises to look forward to!!

Pratico yoga da 4 anni e, a causa di problemi vestibolari ed una frattura completa al ginocchio sinistro, non sono mai riuscito a praticare le posizioni di equilibrio. Questo semplice cuscino offre un'ottima presa, ed ha una giusta consistenza per prendere consapevolezza di cosa occorre migliorare per avere equilibrio. Lavorano gambe, glutei, addominali. I was looking for something similar to the balance pad I saw at my physios gym. That one was at least 3X the price of this one. The quality is almost identical however. Happy with the purchase but shipping took FOREVER.
