Good for balance therapy!
Exactly what I need for my vertigo therapy. I have to pluck up courage to use it, but that's what I need to do. It's approved by my physio & she assures me that I will get used to it. However, I've got a long way to go and much more difficult exercises to look forward to!!

Pratico yoga da 4 anni e, a causa di problemi vestibolari ed una frattura completa al ginocchio sinistro, non sono mai riuscito a praticare le posizioni di equilibrio. Questo semplice cuscino offre un'ottima presa, ed ha una giusta consistenza per prendere consapevolezza di cosa occorre migliorare per avere equilibrio. Lavorano gambe, glutei, addominali. Good quality
I was looking for something similar to the balance pad I saw at my physios gym. That one was at least 3X the price of this one. The quality is almost identical however. Happy with the purchase but shipping took FOREVER.
