⭐ 1 स्टार – Elica की Jodhpur Service का बहुत खराब अनुभवElica की chimney खरीदने के बाद पिछले 10 दिनों से हमें बहुत परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।हमारी समस्या product से ज्यादा Elica की Jodhpur installation और service team को लेकर है।Installation के लिए Shravan Kumar नाम का technician आया था। उसने हमारे साथ बेहद बदतमीज़ और गैर-पेशेवर तरीके से व्यवहार किया। उसने chimney को गलत जगह लगाने की कोशिश की और गलत जगह hole कर दिया। जब हमने सही measurement लेकर chimney को सही तरीके से लगाने के लिए कहा, तो उसने हमारी बात नहीं मानी, बहस की और chimney install किए बिना ही चला गया।जब chimney आई थी और technician के आने से पहले हमने उसे चलाकर देखा था, तब fan बिल्कुल सही चल रहा था। लेकिन Shravan Kumar के आने, chimney को handle करने और installation किए बिना चले जाने के बाद fan चलना बंद हो गया।इसके बाद हमने Elica Customer Care और Jodhpur service centre से लगातार संपर्क किया, लेकिन हमें उचित support नहीं मिला। ऐसा लगा कि company customer की बात सुनने के बजाय technician की बात पर ज्यादा भरोसा कर रही है।बाद में हमने Amazon Customer Care से संपर्क किया। Amazon की team ने हमारी समस्या को गंभीरता से सुना, हमें Elica की appropriate email ID दी और company को पूरी शिकायत भेजने के लिए कहा। Amazon ने यह भी बताया कि अगर Elica उचित support नहीं देती है तो वे आगे हमारी मदद करेंगे।Amazon की तरफ से हमें बहुत अच्छा support मिला, जिसके लिए हम उनकी customer service की सराहना करते हैं।Amazon की तरफ से आगे email करने के बाद Elica के distributor ने हमसे संपर्क किया और एक दूसरे व्यक्ति को chimney check करने के लिए भेजा। हमने उस व्यक्ति की पूरी checking की video recording बनाई।उस checking के दौरान यह पता चला कि chimney की एक wire disconnected थी। उस दूसरे व्यक्ति ने भी checking के दौरान यह बात स्पष्ट रूप से स्वीकार की कि wire disconnected है और यह कोई सामान्य fault नहीं है। इस पूरी checking की video recording हमारे पास मौजूद है।इससे हमारी चिंता और बढ़ गई, क्योंकि chimney Shravan Kumar के आने से पहले बिल्कुल सही चल रही थी, उसके आने के बाद fan बंद हुआ, installation भी नहीं हुई और बाद में दूसरे व्यक्ति की checking में disconnected wire सामने आई।सबसे निराशाजनक बात यह है कि Elica की तरफ से हमें शुरुआत में उचित support नहीं मिला, जबकि हम लगातार customer care को कॉल कर रहे थे। हमारी बात properly verify करने के बजाय technician की बात को ज्यादा महत्व दिया गया।हमने यह chimney लगभग ₹20,000 में Amazon से खरीदी थी। Elica की तरफ से समय पर उचित support और resolution नहीं मिलने के कारण Amazon की return period भी निकल गई, जिससे हमें और नुकसान हुआ।मैं यह review खास तौर पर Jodhpur के ग्राहकों को सावधान करने के लिए लिख रही हूँ। Elica का कोई product खरीदने से पहले अपने इलाके में installation और after-sales service के बारे में जरूर पता कर लें।मेरे अनुभव में Jodhpur की Elica service बहुत खराब रही। खासकर technician Shravan Kumar का व्यवहार बेहद निराशाजनक था। वहीं Amazon Customer Care ने हमारी समस्या को गंभीरता से सुना और हमें काफी अच्छा support दिया।10 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी हमें इस पूरे मामले में काफी परेशानी उठानी पड़ी है।
