They are usually right on or within 0.1
I buy these about once a year and test monthly. I usually test the day I have blood drawn for an a1c test as well. They are usually right on or within 0.1 (e.g. a1c of 5.5 at the lab and these showed 5.6)

A1C MONITOR
I have been using this product for several years now to keep tabs on my A1C. It's accuracy is very good.

Results differed from lab
These are easy to use but my results were .3 lower than a doctor blood drawn test on same day.

Buggy software
This is an expensive kit, and when I went to put the sample in I got the message OOTL, and when I Google that it tells me that there are zero tests left in the kit. I only did three. If it can't even count the number of tests accurately, how can I rely on the result? Guess I'll just have to trust the real test that the doctor from now on.

A+ Works perfectly.
Clearly identify all of the components. I wasted one kit because I was distracted. Otherwise really nice to compare A1C and home glucose measurements. Also, the lancet cuts a good painless slice that bleeds profusely. Have a paper towel handy.A+ for me!

Accurate when done as instructed.
Gotta follow the instructions exactly- and be sure that enough blood is in the little pipette gizmo, and press firmly enough to saturate the pad. I've done the test on the same day I've had lab work done and the results were spot on. I've also had days when the neuropathy in my hands is not great, and had to repeat the test because it didn't seem plausible that I had the result given- second test was better (and wasted). I've never had a false high reading- just falsely lower than expected.READ all of the instructions first.Get a good sized drop of blood before sucking it up into the pipette thingie. You can't just add more blood to the pad after the first 'go' as it starts counting down (5 minutes).

Easy to use.
Worked perfectly. I use it monthly to keep track of A1c as I'm a type 2 diabetic and want to keep control of my health. Cheaper than going to the lab for a blood draw.

Worked great for me.
I just had my A1C done and bought this to see how good it was. My reading was spot on with my blood work.
