how long does it run in one go? my doctor has suggested for 16-18 hours per day, will it work continously? kindly suggest.

yaa sir it can easily work for 24 hours and after 24 work this machine needs one hour rest and after that you can use it again back.this gives you long duration use and it made for heavy duty.

Does it work on 2kw inverter with a total of 3500 w battrry backup?

Whats the frequency to change the filter and whats the cost of the filter?

Filter can be changed any time after usage of 4000 hrs but before 5000 hrs for better purity and prolong life. Original Philips Respironics filter cost you approx 3500/- whereas you can get other compatible filters in the range of Rs 600/- to Rs1500/-

A good product from a reputed company.

What I liked most is the ease of use. I believe we buy it for our elders if they have some respiratory issues. This product comes in ready to use form for you just need to put the humidifier bottle in place and add the inlet and outlet, if the user doesn't want humidification then all it needs is just one connection and start breathing

About the product and the seller

I have used this machine for my family member. Its works perfectly Fine even after 2 years. (They have given a warranty of 3 yrs). I had a problem with the registration of the warranty with the local service center. Amazon and the seller (C CROSS enterprises ) solved the matter promptly. You also have good company service centers for this product.Value for money.

Deleivered on time. Works as expected.

Genuine product. Even configuring the humidifier(water bottle lookalike) was very easy, just follow the steps from the manual.The only issue I faced was the PLUG which comes with the machine was way too big to FIT in my bedroom plug point. So I got a multi-slot Plug adapter and it works fine now.

Excellent Oxygen Concentrator

Nice packing. All accessories were provided.Installation is very easy and no need of any external help.I operated this Oxygen Concentrator with Oximeter on my finger. Within 5 minutes Oximeter reading went up from 96 to 99. It means Concentrator is really giving pure oxygen.Has given 2 cannulas - one with 5 feet long pipe and another with 25 feet long pipe.Noise level is almost negligible.

Truly a Life Saver

I ordered this machine for someone and posting this review after five months usage, This oxygen concentrator from Philips is truly a life saver for asthmatic patients and who ever needs it for medical purposes. It comes with the all the required accessories so it’s like plug ‘n’ play. Genuine seller and Genuine product imported from US. Machine build quality was excellent. My recommendation was please use with good stabiliser. Philips Respironics service centers available in major cities. Finally, value for money and worth purchasing it from Amazon.
