AFO
Good product. I bought it after having bought another AFO from a different manufacturer, which came in white only.This one I bought because it was black and the support strap looked solid. It turned out it is.

Not a good fit by any means
I tried this on and first thing i notice is it stabs you in the ankle. Being that there is no return policy for these non-porous completely cleanable afo I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I feel like I just wasted 30 bucks. Placed it against my leg and knew instantly it would cause blisters and cuts. Buyer beware

More cost effective than a custom AFO
For only $40, compared to several hundred $$ for having a customer AFO made, I feel this online AFO has been a very good investment for me. It is not perfect. You do need to wear socks to prevent strap burn on your calf, and you need to fasten the velcro strap really tight to get the best results. But I have been glad I notice such good results to control my foot drop, and for a more affordable price than custom braces.

Out of sight comfort
Works ok and fits under your pant legs nicely, keeping itself private. Strap loosens a bit after wearing a while, but other than that ok for drop foot. Feels safe to wear on stairs.

Just like the ones in the hospital orthopedic dept
I have drop foot from a pelvis break decades ago and my foot hangs and I can easily trip over my toes. I was given one of these "off the shelf" AFOs after I was released from the hospital and before I had a custom made light weight AFO made specifically for me.Sometimes I don't feel like wearing the big bulkier custom brace and I prefer to wear this smaller brace. Especially in the summer when it's hot. The one the hospital gave me was white and I used it literally until the strap had no more velcro left to stay together. One day I was browsing Amazon and I noticed they also come in black which I didn't even know. With a pair of black dress socks one cannot even see I'm wearing it when I sit down and pant legs rise up to expose my ankle. I've bought a black and white AFO from this seller and they are saved and favorited in case I need another.

Not a good fit
Cut down to size to fit my shoe but the top is too tight and digs into my calf. Very painful to wear.

Useless
Sucks it constantly slides up and down not secure. The single strap doesn't do very well at all. If I could return it I would but since I have worn it to try it probably can't. Get one that secures your ankle to it ! Otherwise its a waist of money like this one.
