Super good! My big family all takes them! Reccomend to my house cleaner and I have reordered several times and need to again! They protect from getting sick at school!! Good vitamin mix!
I started taking this about a month ago, for joint pain. Before I took itmy legs were achy unless I moved them and now I have no more achy legs!! Its a good product and it will be part of my morning vitamin mix!! ๐
