I'm so glad I ordered this product. I had stopped taking cod liver oil supplements a few years ago, and just days after taking this product I realized how beneficial cod liver oil is. I'm in the house now more often than not, and wanted to make sure my vitamin D level stays where it should. I've known for years now how important it is to your health to keep your vitamin and nutrient levels where they should be. I had forgotten how good cod liver oil is for your joints. I was a little skeptical when purchasing this product., however, once the item arrived and I began using it, all concerns melted away. The seller does a good job communicating after-sale. A couple of handy tips like tsking the capsules on a full stomach was very helpful. I take these for its high content of Vitamin A & D besides being a good source of Omega-3s. Have not experirnced any side effects with 2 capsules a day after meals. The effects on a day yo day basis are difficult to quantify, but long term there are enough studies that demonstrate these promote good health and grneral well being.

My parents always told me stories of them having to take liquid Cod liver oil (castor oil) and how bad it tasted but how it kept them healthy during the tough years as kids. I ordered this just as So. Cal. went into lock down for the Covid19 virus. Best buy yet, there is no taste. My mother was completely surprised. At first she was hesitant to take it due to her childhood memories. Now she takes it before bed. The pills are easy to swallow, have no taste and are a value for the price.

My wife has Hashimoto's and was experience a skin problem due to immune problems. I got these for her and she tolerated the pills well and her skin improved. I take these occasionally myself as well. The oil is not rancid--as is the case with some formulations--and there is virtually no aftertaste. It's worth noting that the body only converts a small % of beta carotene (pro vitamin A) to vitamin A if you take that. Not the case with cod liver oil.

Thanks for a good product. I have been using it along with other oil supplements and I have noticed that the floaters in my eyes have greatly diminished. I also have done a zillion other things like drink more water and incorporated evening primrose into my daily routine. If you suffer from dry eyelids like I did, turn off your a/c and load up on CLO. I was a little surprised to learn the CLO doesn't have as many milligrams of ELA and DHA as I expected. It's 1000 mg of CLO per serving ( two gel caps) but the ELA and DHA -- not so much. I'm not saying that it is bad, but just not what I expected for such a pricey product. But it doesn't smell fishy at all or make me burp or anything like that. I would recommend

Learned years ago that cod liver oil taken daily helps control eye pressure. There is no fishy taste after taking.
