**Q: AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL?**
A: 35% Alcohol.

**Q: Someone wrote about it having an Anise flavor?  Totally do not like licorice flavor, does this taste like licorice?**
A: I only use a couple of drops of Peychaud's Bitters in various cocktails I make.  Because of the small amount used, I cannot detect if it has an anise flavor because the other ingredients (whiskey, etc.) dominate in the cocktails.

This is a great alternative to regular aromatic bitters. It gives a nice little Creole kick that works very well in certain cocktails. I love it in a Sazerac, for instance. The bottle arrived promptly and the contents were fresh, so all's good in my bar.
