DCboys Pure High Top Ev With Ankle Strap and Elastic Laces Skate Shoe, Black/Black/Black, 3.5 Big Kid US

My 12 yr old, and I loves these! We have purchased maybe 6 pairs in the last few years. Maybe that would make it seem like they wear fast... But that's just NOT the case! We love these, and we buy a few pairs per growth season. These shoes outlast any pair he's EVER worn, even though he's super active outdoors, mud, you name it. Plus, I wash these all the time in the machine and they NEVER fall apart from too much washing. Now, eventually all good things come to an end... because they're not magic. BUT.... these are absolutely the BEST! My son says they're super comfortable. The black obviously hides dirt, and black soles have never left skid marks. Very affordable too. Can't say enough great things!

I am 46 years old with small feet and have to wear an ankle brace on my right foot. The brace is bulky and takes a lot of shoe space but these shoes are wide and stretchy enough to accommodate the brace. The shoes also give me the support that the brace doesn't completely give me. Only weird thing is all the cool colors are so expensive so I ordered the pink and black for $27 when I really wanted a different color but all other colors were at least $54.

From my experience when I was younger, wearing skate shoes meant that they were wider and more comfortable. These looked so tiny when I pulled them out of the box, I knew they wouldn’t fit my son, even before he tried them on. And sure enough, they are way small. I even held up these size 3.5 DC shoes against his current size 3 Converse Pro Blaze shoes, and the size 3s are longer than these DC size 3.5. This is a huge disappointment.

I’ve never bought this brand of shoe for my son. He’s 7 and he had worn out his size 2.5 UnderArmour shoes. I ordered a size 3 and 3.5 in these black DC’s and the 3 fit but a little snug for my liking. 3.5 was perfect! He’s got a bit of room to grow, good width so his feet won’t get squished and the elastic laces with the Velcro straps keep the shoe from slipping up and down.

Love these shoes. Look good and easy to get on and off. No laces to tie.

My daughter loves these! She put them on right away! She said 'theyre hard to put on and 'they felt a lil snug, but that's cuz they're new." LOL! If she's happy, I'm happy. 😎

Can’t beat the price! He’s really into high tops here lately but I was struggling to find a style that’s look decent with his school uniform! He loves these!
