I have all shapes and types of baking pans, brownie pans included. Since I'm TRYING to cut down on portion size, I had been wanting to find a brownie pan that you can add just a tad to, and not have a 3"x3" square. This allows you to add just a couple of tablespoons, and they cook just like a regular brownie; JUST NOT AS LONG. Comes in a set a 2, which is great. It allows me to bake and freeze individual portions and they're a breeze to take out of the freezer and thaw. I plan on getting 2 more sets as gifts for my daughters birthdays that are coming up in a few months.

I could not get my brownies out without sticking even with spraying oil.

I had high hopes for these pans but ended up with the most dry brownies ever lol I would consider tweaking your recipe to avoid that. I, a box baker have no idea how to do that lol
