Excellent.
I really like it. These are extremely easy to use! I have to stand for long period of time work and my feet have been. Killing me. After using this pads I noticed a relief in tension in my legs. And feet. Also I find it easier to get up and I sleep much better and have more energy. I recommend these food pads, I plan to continue using them.

PF does feel better. As far as energy
I have used these for three nights now. I had mild planter fasciitis and just sore feet. PF does feel better. As far as energy, I usually have no problem getting up in morning. The only difference between other reviews is that this doesn’t help me to sleep better. About one minute after I put them on, feet start to feel this weird sensation, almost achy. Maybe it’s the pad attacking the toxins? It’s weird to wake up with a black pad in the morning when I know my feet are clean. Maybe there is a trick and it has to do with the lack of air or something. Idk. I am going to keep using them for the 10 days and see if my PF and regular foot soreness is gone. For now, it seems to be improving. I just don’t like how my feet feel with pads on, but that’s just me.

Hard to sleep with stuff on my feet
Some nights, I found myself pulling them off in the middle of the night because I couldn't stand them. They're also kind of stinky. I was hoping that being all natural that they would smell better. They smelled like ashes.

Skeptical
I was skeptical about this and wish I didn’t waste my money. I don’t buy it, the sweat from your feet is what makes the “black stuff” come out. At least that is what it seems
