Sweet and Yummy?
LOVE this for any time of day, but especially for cereal in the morning. I make a mix of cereals and granola and normally switch things in and out. This is so yummy and low in sugar but still tastes sweet (not too much though). My favorite reorder cereal. Give it a try. I think you may like it too.

They taste good!
Trying to lower my cholesterol and manage my pre-diabetes. I was a meat and eggs for breakfast guy every day. I know, I know, eggs don't contribute to high cholesterol. But bacon, sausage and kielbasa sure do. I started eating the Cascadian Farms cereals four days a week with oat milk a couple months ago (I was skeptical, but oat milk is actually pretty good!). Anyhow, the cholesterol is coming down and my A1C has been stable. Also, these cereals all taste good!

No sugar added I am a diabetic, so this is very important to me
Yes, cereal does not get soggy. It is delicious tasting. You would never know there is no sugar in it. It is delicious.

Very tasty
Finally, a cereal without sugar or fake sugar!! I love this cereal. The only reason I give it only 4 stars is because the saturated fat content is high, which I do not like. Also it is not gluten free as far as I can tell, which is disappointing. Also, I wish they would make this cereal with only oats instead of wheat because I have an autoimmune condition and wheat is not good for me so I have to limit how much of this that I eat. It is very good, though! Good value for the price.
