Whether I'm multitasking, coding, or working on spreadsheets, this extra screen boosts productivity without needing a bulky second monitor.A Small Suggestion for Improvement:It would be great if there were an additional supporting clip on the top to provide better stability when attached to the laptop, similar to the one on the side. For the price, the screen itself is pretty good. Brightness and contrast are acceptable. The colors lack depth and black is a dark grey. If you're buying this as a second screen for your laptop and standard office work, it's a good buy. Movies will be disappointing, especially ones with dark scenes. The nicest thing I can say about the speakers is that they exist. They're super quiet and tinny as all get out. They make my laptop speakers sound like a concert hall. The clamp portion that goes on your laptop is useless. There's nothing to lock the size adjuster in place, so the spring lever on the side can't do its job. It will not hold the screen in place. I watched all the videos, and everyone was using a thin laptop with the kickstand attached. My laptop is thicker (mobile desktop), and the power cord plugs into the back. As a result, the kickstand can't reach my desktop unless I tip it WAY back. When the screen is attached, it just hangs at a janky angle. I just ended up using it as a stand-alone screen. But, without the laptop clamp to act as a cover during travel, I think the screen by itself would stand a really good chance of getting scratched, so I'm going to purchase a bag or cover for it. On the plus side, 2.4 pounds is damn heavy, I don't care what they paid the reviewers to say. The clamp is a big part of that. Having it gone significantly reduces the weight.Bottom line: get it if you want a stand-alone second screen for normal office work. It's perfect for that. The speakers are horrible, and the laptop clamp is useless.
