But it’s only one tube. **Q: Do you cover the tissue with gauze or put nothing over the granulated skin after applying this?** A: Excellent question! It’s best to apply GranuLotion using the applicators and just dab on enough to cover the excess tissue. Wave by hand to allow it to soak into the tissue. There is no need to cover it, although after it’s dry and soaked in, it probably wouldn’t hurt. Many people use tubie pads around there tube site along with using GranuLotion successfully! Make sure you apply as often as you can for the first couple days ideally 4 times per day to allow it to soak into the excess tissue so it can begin to shrink shrivel up and dry up. After a few days you may notice the tissue changing color that’s a normal part of the process and eventually it will slough away. I used very little (the size of the tip of a ball point pen) applied with a cotton tip applicator directly to the protruding tissue only after showering and drying the area completely. It does sting me yet so did hydrocortisone cream 1%. Granulotion worked lightning fast compared to hydrocortisone 1%. I only applied the lotion once a day. Now after two treatments and waiting 24 hours with no treatment I can see a teeny bit of granulation remaining. Just a tiny bit more should knock it out. With how well this works for me and how quickly it works I expect this very pricey tiny tube to last a very long time. Pros: Effective, fast, very little needed Cons: Expensive & stings a bit Would I purchase again?
