I can literally eat this straight from the jar by the spoon full. The rendered flavor of beef is intoxicating. The fact that it comes in a glass jar makes it even better. I have used this in so many ways, and the flavor is just amazing. It's so good with potatoes, mushrooms, onions and garlic to cook them in that it is insane. When the cut of meat is a little thin on the marbling you can add this to it to bring out the flavor and savor the fat.Between this stuff, ghee, butter, virgin coconut oil and single source EVOO there is literally no other reason to have a seed oil (except for cabinet doors and wood working maybe).Love it - absolutely love it! Thanks for making it available - now if I could get it in 50 gallon drums I could close my bucket list.

Just braised a roast in it, and it's very good. Smells and tastes like it should. The jar came in a box with other items, but was beautifully packaged in it's own box to limit and absorb any leaks, with an additional sleeve over the jar to contain any broken glass, plus the lid was very securely closed and tightened, and with an intact security seal to insure that it hadn't been opened before, and all of this in excellent condition after having been shipped.

Amazing flavor and way more healthy than seed oils. Works great sauteing vegetables or even in a home made spaghetti sauce.

i’m sure it’s great but it smellllls like you just cooked meat. which makes any skincare you make with it smell like meat. so if you don’t want to use fragrance to mask that i’d stick to cooking for this one

Safer way to cook

its a great product for cooking! however how can i take away the smell for skincare use???

The media could not be loaded. This is the WORST tallow I have ever purchased. It is NOT yellow as indicated in the picture. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!!! It is RUNNY!!! I have made dozens of batches of homemade tallow from grass fed fat and suet and purchased many brands. It is always solid and smooth at room temperature. This is watery, grainy and soupy. It smells weird as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. You can feel the high water content in it when you rub it between your fingers. GROSS! I threw it in the rubbish bin.

Glass jar broke during transit. But it smelled right and looked good.
