It removes a lot, including make up, grease, oil, ketchup, wine, lipstick etc ... So it could do. I’d even dried the shirt, so I thought the dye was there to stay! I then applied Dr B’s directly under the arms and put it back through the wash — and amazingly, the dye completely came out!
