Great bottles, true slow flow
We used this while I nursed my son. In fact, we still use them now, and he is 10-months old, we've just switched the nipple to a medium flow now that he's older. The slow flow is probably the slowest flow we found out of all the bottles we tried and we've had no problems with him switch between BFing and bottle feeding. I love that it's just 3 pieces, SO easy to wash and dry. We dry them on a Boon GRASS drying rack and they dry within a few hours, so that we actually only need 2 bottles for 5 feedings a day. I also love that it's mostly silicone, only the rings are plastic, gives me slight peace of mind as I do sanitize the bottles by boiling quite often. The only con I can think of is that they do leak sometimes. If the nipple is not placed perfectly, or if you shake too hard. But I find this is true with most bottles out there, so it's not a huge consideration for me.

Great bottle and easy-to-enlarge nipples
These bottles are the best and I am so glad I found them. They are the only ones I know of that can be squeezed to both help baby figure it out at the beginning of bottle introduction, and to use up every drop. Baby took to these very quickly and I love that they are silicone, so they won't break if dropped and aren't going to leach chemicals like many plastics do. However, silicone does not conduct heat well, so you'll have to pour your milk/formula in another container when immersing in hot water. As far as I know, all Comotomo bottles come with a slow flow nipple, and this was too slow even for my newborn. So, I ordered variable flow nipples so she could control the flow herself (I know, too fast!). After 2 weeks or so, the y-cuts became cracked down the edges and baby was practically drowning in milk- bib was soaked each feeding. Rather than shell out $12.99 for new nipples I just used a large sewing needle to enlarge the main hole and poke some new ones- WORKED LIKE A CHARM. She has been eating comfortably and at a good pace using the 'doctored' nipples for some time.

Great bottles..better than Dr. Browns
I traded in my Dr. Browns bottles for these because of the insane amount of parts that need to be cleaned. I LOVE that there are only 3 simple parts with the Comotomo bottles. So easy to clean. My baby switches great from breast to bottle. He also seems to not have as much gas or reflux. I like the way they feel as well.

Baby and Mom Love These!!
I ordered these bottles after numerous recommendations from other breastfeeding moms and I am so glad that I did! The bottles we were using previously my son would easily empty 3-4oz in under 5 minutes causing him to either spit up or he would get gassy after a bottle which would make him fuss badly either way. We tried paced feeding and he was just not having that. The screaming that resulted from trying to slow him down made me dread him having to use a bottle! Not to mention after he would eat a whole bottle that quickly the next time he would nurse he would get impatient with the letdown taking longer than the bottle and would cry until he could get milk flowing. I decided to purchase these and am SO happy I did! My son took right to the bottle, I love the "letdown" feature due to the silicone base, and his feedings take around 10-25 minutes (using the slowest flow nipple) now which is almost just as much time as he spends nursing! He hasn't once spit up after these bottles, he burps within seconds of being up on our shoulder to even start trying, and he is overall a lot less fussy around feedings. It also makes the switch from bottle at daycare to nursing at home seamless! As for the design of the bottle, the silicone base is a nice feature. I have 5 animals and have never found hair stuck to the bottles. It isn't sticky like some other silicone items I've seen so it really doesn't pick up a lot of dirt or debris even when it is dropped. The markings on the bottle are just raised areas of silicone rather than being marked like most other baby bottles but I haven't had any issues reading the lines. I can see how in low light conditions this may be tricky but I haven't dealt with it myself. The wide bottle makes for an easy wash with a regular sponge too! Overall I am so glad I purchased these! They've made me a happy mom, my baby happy, and our journey through breastfeeding more enjoyable!

Great Bottles...maybe even worth the price
I'm 8 months into my first baby, and that has meant a lot of exploration, experimentation, and a steep learning curve. These are by far the most expensive bottles, I've bought, but they're also the best from a flow standpoint. My partner had some difficulty early on with breastfeeding, so we experimented with a lot of bottles and nipples. Of the bottles we tried, the Comotomo bottles provided the best flow for a newborn--several other bottles were like a drinking from a fire hydrant for our little angel, leading to an unpleasant experience for an infant who was able and really wanted to nurse. From my masculine, third-person observations, the Comotomo bottles and nipples also seemed to provide the easiest transition between breast and bottle--our little one could switch from one to the other during a single feeding with little-to-no coughing or sputtering. For me, I like washing the Comotomos because their wider mouths make it a LOT easier for my masculine paws to get in there, a big plus for me personally because I don't like bottle brushes. I'm just weird like that. As our little angel grew and we got out of the house, a couple drawbacks surfaced. First, we found that none of the diaper bags we liked were designed to hold the larger diameter Comotomo bottles, so we had to choose between a bottle that didn't feed as well, but would fit in the thermal pockets of the diaper bag, or take the Comotomos and not have them stay warm. Second, when our little one started holding the bottles while feeding, he didn't like the larger diameter of the Comotomo bottles, whereas bottles with a smaller diameter that he could encompass a little more, were more to his liking. That's probably child-dependent, but there it is. Finally, my partner doesn't like the feel of the silicone bottles, which is odd for a person who uses so much silicone in the kitchen, but there you have it. Great bottles--the best--but far from perfect for us.

Great bottles
My baby likes these. They prevent gas better than the doctor Browne bottles we used. My only complaint is that I wish they made the measurement markings easier to see. They also roll and bounce all over the place. They are still our favorite bottles out there.

LOVE!
My baby loves these bottles! Originally I got the Playtex ventaire as my niece and nephew used those and loved those. But either I got a defective box of those or they changed something with the cake that vents the air but my baby got super gassy when using the Playtex. They didn't vent well, the nipples would collapse, it was just a mess. I ordered these for her and she loved them! The two cents of the side of the nipples work amazing and she doesn't swallow a bunch of air. She's definitely a lot less gassy then before. I also love the soft silicone. It allows me to help her get the last drops of milk out of the bottle by gentle squeezing the end. The only thing I hate about these bottles is that because they are soft and squishy, they tend to be hard to open, especially if your hands are wet. It's really hard to get a good trip to open the bottles. Also they are wider then standard bottles which makes them super easy to clean, but that also means they don't fit into the standard insulated pockets in most diaper bags. That's not a big deal to me, but just something to keep in mind

Must-have!
We absolutely love these bottles. The silicone is soft to the touch and easy to wash and sanitize. We alternate between these bottles and the Dr. Brown's bottles - the vents on these seen to work just as well. Only downfall I'd say is they don't fit into the bottle holders within my diaper bag very well. Just ordered size 2 nipples now that little man is getting bigger!
