The Resistance Mini Fitness Exercise Loop Bands That Play Better When Work At Home or in the Gimn

These are great mini bands. Their quality exceeds the price paid. I’m a strength & conditioning coach and I use these on myself and with clients. I bought one set then another 3 sets to use in classes. I would not buy 4 sets unless they were up to standard! I use these mainly for Glute Activation work and they do the job perfectly. I’ve paid more for mini bands before but In all honesty, these are the best I’ve had to date. Worth the 5 stars.

Recently started regular exercise class and wanted something that I could continue whilst on a 2 week holiday. Able to use in the hotel room each day and am sure I came back more toned despite holiday food and drink! Have continued every day since back. Highly recommend.
