I bought this collar following a recent injury whilst trying to access a stubborn draw. Having worked in the NHS for many years, it was important to have a collar that is supplied to them. It provided support during my recovery and I have subsequently recommended it to a friend. It has been washed regularly by hand in a sensitive washing product, followed by fabric softener and then air dried.

The "surgical collar" is a good product and can work if you get the size right. The table they have presented, part of their images for choosing the size is misleading and inaccurate in practice:For example my neck circumference is 40 cm (16" in old money). The product I ordered is 16" -40cm long but once it is rolled around the neck it becomes compressed inside ending 8 /10 cm short of my neck circumference.In reality for a neck with 40cm circumference, if the collar is 25mm thick, then radius of the neck, for the purpose of the collar becomes 50mm bigger making the circumference and the length of the collar 50cm or there about and not 40

Wow this really works....have suffered from very painful neck and shoulder pain for about a year now, I wore this to bed last night and woke this morning feeling FANTASTIC. No pain at all in my neck and shoulders, feel like a new woman. And it came much quicker than stated so added bonus.

Fits my neck well. Comfortable and firm enough. Wearing it to sleep every night, bumpy car rides and when sitting up (looking down) due to chronic cervical conditions. Been able to machine wash and spin the brace with no problems. Excellent, thank you!

Awful description. Measured my neck, bought the appropriate size as per their sizing and it's way too small. Now in the lockdown I have to find a printer to print the label (I would usually use my work computer) and go to the post office and pay for postage. Don't trust their sizing. Don't use while we are in lockdown as return needs to be before the 2nd May so good thing I'm not unable to leave my home at all.

Unfortunately I had to return this item as it was so soft it would completely collapse under the weight of my head when trying to rest my head on the collar offering zero support.I am giving this product the benefit of doubt, thinking that perhaps I ordered an incorrect size, as the sizes table is not fully comprehensive (compared to others I have seen).

Has helped my mother who has a very painful neck and shoulder, fits well and supportive without being too stiff

My wife suffers from severe neck pain, but this helps enormously; and very comfortable
