I really like this bread I love making bread and my bread maker and this brand raised beautifully. It’s a simple kind. It was a little bit hard but that’s kind of what this brand is like. I loved it overall and I would buy it again. I’m trying a few others before I decide which one I really like the best.

As a Krusteaz fan for so many years I was anxi9us to try this product. Ithas to be not one of thebest ones and I would not purchase it ever again. It is qite expensive for what the results produce. It is a very difficut dough to work with . The tangy sourdough taste is ok however but I did expect the loaf to raise a bit taller as it looked fine int he original two hour rise. Then came the not so easy part. Even with the flour as directed it was still so sticky and soft there was no way to gently get it out of the large bowl to the greased baking sheet. I had dough stuck to my fingers. So I was very disappointed with this product. It is only an inch to maybe an inch and a half tall as a finished loaf.
