The case itself is nice quality and strong enough to protect the player. It wasn't made specifically for the player so there so there is some wobble. The player itself isn't exactly flat on the bottom so it sits at a very slight angle in the case, unless you put it face down, but I'm not sure if that would scratch the screen.
