The left earbud is not working properly. I requested a replacement through desertcart, but they redirected me to the boAt service link. I submitted the replacement request there, and the defective product was collected from me. However, today (13-Feb-2026), I received a WhatsApp message from boAt stating that the item is out of stock. They informed me that they will issue a replacement certificate, and I will then have to contact desertcart again to arrange the replacement. The most frustrating part is that I still have not received the replacement product from boAt. I was told it will take another 7 days to receive the defective item back, and after that, I must wait another 7 days for desertcart to process the replacement. For a product worth just ₹1,000, I have already been waiting for 14 days and still have to wait longer. I regularly purchase products from Flipkart, and their customer service is much more efficient. They handle replacements directly and do not redirect customers to third-party service centers. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying this product from desertcart if it only has a replacement policy. If there is a direct refund option, that would be better.
