BODi Energize Pre Workout Powder - Fruit Punch, 40 Servings

My absolute favorite pre-workout. I’m so happy it is now on Amazon. They used to only be able to be purchased through Beachbody. Very clean ingredients, no artificial sweeteners or colors. I never have any jitters or stomach discomfort.

Bodi is the only brand I buy when I am working out! It makes me sweat gives me energy without the jitters and I love the flavor, it dissolves well in water the ingredients are better than what I used to use with other pre workouts which never gave me the umph I need to focus on my workout.

My absolute favorite pre-workout. The taste of the Fruit Punch is great. It's not overly sweet like many pre-workout drinks I've tried. This dissolves so easily with a quick shake of your bottle. It is a little pricey, but I keep coming back to this one.

Elle aide aussi pour les session de musculation intense. Aide pour la concentration, meilleur exécution des mouvements. J'utilise pour les sessions de 1h et plus.

The best

I’ve been taking this pre-workout for a little over a year and a half. I took it all throughout my pregnancy and so far postpartum gives me the boost I need I like that has cleaner ingredients. Honestly, the only thing I don’t like is the orange stains so if you accidentally drop a little bit on your shirt or wipe the counter from a little bit of powder that spilled out with a cloth, those items will stain like a bright yellow, and sometimes notice on the teeth if you haven’t brushed your teeth yet. Not every time I take it but occasionally I’ll get like the pins and needles feeling that’s the only side effect I’ve had and it’s not bad!
