I use this for tying up my Roma tomatoes, it works great and does its job impeccably. My one and own complaint is the cardboard I’m the middle of the rolls never fails to fall out before I’m done with the roll, it’s not the end of the world just kind of a pain in the A!

Much thicker than standard tape. I primarily use a thinner tape, but this is perfect for holding heavier limbs.

Purchased "tomato tape" from three different stores this year (because my big box hardware store is constantly OUT). This Ugold Stretch Tie Tape Plant Ribbon out-performed the other three (thicker, stronger, does not cut into plant, weather resistant). 2021 was an unusual year for gardening weather, even after lots of rain, then wayyyy too much sun, this stretch tie tape held up perfectly. I always use tomato tape for my tomatoes, but this year I also used it for growing my zucchini vertically and to tame some over-zealous flowers. This Ugold Stretch Tie Tape has earned a permanent spot on my shopping list. If I could make a suggestion for Ugold for next year, I would LOVE to have a second color (red would be my choice) for marking garden items I need to tend to (marking bulbs to over-winter, pest watch, etc.) If you need someone to try out new colors and review them, I would be happy to do that.

I have used this general type of plant tape for years. This specific brand is as good or better than any I have used.

I was looking for 3/4", but the 1/2" works well. Pleasantly surprised.

Worked well to tie my young saplings to support poles.

Not as strong as I had hoped. The price is high for what you get.

i expected much more of a stretch - it is too firm and still although a good dollar value with next to no stretch to serve my purpose, I will not purchase again
