RothcoMen's V-Max Lightweight Tactical Boot

I have wanted combat boots for sometime, but there are so many brands and so many mixed reviews for each. I decided to give these a shot, and I could not be happier.I'm a landscaper and custodian and so far these boots have been up to every task. They are super slip resistant, which is important for me on wet floors, grass, and ice. They stick like glue.They do surprisingly well at staying dry in snow and puddles, I have yet to have wet feet. If you spill water on them they dry ridiculously fast. Even though they are vented, they keep your feet very warm with a decent sock.Most importantly for me, these things are ridiculously comfortable and supportive right out of the box. I have bad knees and a bad back and they have felt great the last few weeks wearing these. Super easy to drive with too.I normally wear a size 11 shoe, bought 11s and they are a perfect fit.I am blown away at how good they are, especially for the price. I don't know how long they will last yet but for the price you get everything you could want and more for barely more money than garbage Wal-Mart boots and for way less than an expensive shoe like a Redwing or Chippewa. Highly recommended.

Lightweight and very comfortable. Pretty good for long hikes and camping in my area (sub tropical). Probably not good for industrial work places as it doesn't have a steel toe or deep treads.

Has a piece of leather that meets nylon that rubs the top of my foot till I'm limping and crippled by the end of the day. Very light, super thin upper nylon,Update: after some modifications these boots work out fairly well in hot weather

I really like the boots and they come in a very nice box, the only thing I can say as of now is that they look like they had a few little scuffs on the top near the toes. I believe this was due to the glue from when the soles were being attached. Unfortunately I got one that was bot carefully done. Besides that they look like nice boots, they were for the most part comfortable. I have to get more use of them first to get a better review.

‘You get what you pay for’ is sadly true for this pair of boots. I’ve worn these boots for a weekend, mostly indoors and only briefly outdoors for a short period. The dew from the grass seems to have stained the material. Very uncomfortable around the heel and ankle regions.

I purchased these boots for work as we do quite a bit of walking on rough terrain. I’m a woman, and I wear a size 7 women’s shoe so I purchased these on a men’s size 5–perfect fit! Lightweight, great support, excellent choice!

I love these boots, the only issue is, they dont have half sizes. I am a women's 7 and ended up fitting perfectly into a 5. I have nike boots as well and they are comparable for comfort. They seem to be a little cheaper quality but, they are a great price. You cant beat this quality and comfort for the price.

The size was way off overall not made well. Very uncomfortable. Stiching was good but the stich lines seem to ride right on ankle around the bone making it rub and someone uncomfortable. Was not impressed or pleased with them at all. Returned and bought a different brand.

Absolutely stunning boots! They fit like a glove and are nice and light but high quality for walking in snow. Great product honestly, I am in Canada and they are just right.

These are the worst boots ever made. Yes they are cheap enough and look rugged but unfortunately the really poor manufacturing and materials used will destroy your feet. A very poorly placed seam in the toe box and bad positioning of ankle support and exposed stitching cut my feet to prices on hike that was less than 5km. I tried breaking them in to give them another chance, but I nearly crippled myself with blisters and cuts in less than 30 mins each time I wore them. Absolute garbage, DO NOT BUY. I'd give negative stars if it were possible.

Terrific sturdy lightweight boot at a great price. Excellent replacement for my Rocky Boots C4T Trainers that have been with me on my travels for the last six years! I was a bit worried about the sizing (doesn't come in half sizes) but they fit perfectly. Measure your feet and pay attention to the sizing chart provided and you shouldn't go wrong.

Largeur beaucoup trop grande pour être portée par une femme (à moins d'avoir un pied très large), et même encore là on y retrouve pas le confort d'une bonne botte. Elles sont un peu trop rigides et pas de soutien pour le pied. Retournées !
