This cable is very high quality, and I love how you can charge it while playing. I definitely would recommend a VR pulley system to go along with this, but the cable gets the job done just fine.

So this is the first review I’ve ever done. So let me tell you I tried several different cables bc who wants to spend 90 bucks on the official meta cable. At first I read the reviews and wasn’t so sure about this cable. But after the first 5 hours of use doing pcvr with i have to say this thing works like a charm and will extend battery life indefinitely if set up properly. I sim race so i need something that will stand up to the task and this didn’t just that. Headset was still fully charged when i got done and it brought the headset to a new world of visual. 10/10 recommend. The injection charging that comes with it really helps so you worry about your pc throttling your USB A port due to power usage.

Three months after purchase I wrote this email (below) to the seller/manufacturer (contact iniu.shop) looking to see if they had a work around or fix, as the 30 day return windows was far past. To my surprise, I received a response email the next day with instructions to return and get a replacement. The shipping return cost was handled by Iniu. It took about a 5 days till I got the replacement. As for the replacement I received, when the debris warning still comes up(as mentioned below, This will most likely be an issue with any third party charge cables due to meta safety concerns.) , The replacement cable does not disconnect the PCVR link like the previous cable did. I also do not need to re-plug it back in because the charge will continue on its own, but the warning still comes up. Also worth noting, I'm using the official Mets Quest Plug and charge cable that came with the headset as the power supply for the Iniu Link cable. I've been using this replacement cable for over a month before writing this review to make sure the issues don't return. So far So good. Email To Iniu: "I picked up this link cable back in march 2025 when I bought a meta quest 3 headset. The charging gets stopped with a message of debris or liquid in the charging port.( I see this happens to others too). This has been an issue since day one. Initially it didn’t bother as I was just using the cable for charging, and simply unplugged it and plugged it back in. Now that I’m using it as a pcvr link , the message of debris or liquid is now problematic. The PC link gets broken every time and more often. Hence, cannot be used for pcvr. The problem seems to be “the Link cable built-in SmartProtect2.0 chip” When the meta quest detects a voltage change(drop), the meta quest sees it as a potential hazard and disables the port charge.? I don’t think Meta will change this behaviour as it’s a safety concern.? Is there any fix or work around etc. ?"

The separate USB-C charging port on the cable doesn't work with my Meta Quest 3. Whenever I use it, within a few seconds my headset shows me a popup saying "Liquid or debris detected in USB-C charging port" that prevents me from doing anything. Using the cable without the separate charging works great though and the price is great relative to Meta's Quest Link Cable, so I'm happy 🤷‍♂️ (I use a separate USB-C charger for charging the headset when needed)

Its long, high quality cable and charges my Meta Quest 3 really quickly. What's not to like? I've owned this cable for awhile now and it has maintained good condition despite being attached and removed from my headset multiple times and tucked under a drawer when not in use, definitely durable and highly recommended.

They work just fine! I have noticed that Meta Link doesn’t work most of the time like some reviews say, BUT it seems like that’s a software issue that isn’t caused by this cable, as I FINALLY got it to load PCVR through Meta Link after some software updates (and software problems.) I personally use ALVR to connect to Steam Link to bypass Meta’s own software issues, and it works perfectly. I recommend trying that out if you’re having issues connecting to your pc. I appreciate that it has a charger slot on the cable itself because using it without a charger will not charge the headset enough to keep playing for hours, even if you are using this cable while using a Oculus/Meta headset in standalone mode.

I have numerous other cords from this brand, they always feel well built. This one is no different. Ability to charge at full speed while also connected to the PC is a nice feature. The cord is braided so it never kinks and it feels like it can handle long term usage just fine. The end that connects to the Quest has a green light when cord is powered. 1 Velcro strap is built in. Don't waste money on meta accessories like their $80 link cord that cannot both link *and fast charge.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It is a complete waste of money. If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. All this cable did was charge my VR headset very slowly. No data came through it. Absolutely useless. Didn't work from the moment I tried it. A complete disappointment, as far as I am concerned. Complete rubbish. I added a photo so there are no doubts I am speaking from first-hand experience.

Das Netzteil ist kleiner als gedacht. Dazu muss ich sagen hält der Akku wirklich gut beim Spielen an. Da bei der Quest 3 der Akku schnell leer gehen kann, ist dieses Produkt wirklich gut gelungen und dazu muss man nicht über 70€ ausgeben, für das Kabel von Meta selbst. Was ich gut finde, was natürlich aber Ansichtssache ist: Es gibt eine Grüne LED und ich liebe LED‘s. Die hätte da nicht sein müssen, ist sie aber… also cooles Design. Die Bandbreite reicht aus um über PC-Link zu spielen, was der Hersteller auch verspricht und einhält. Fünf Meter reichen für mich, da mein Zimmer Mittelgroß ist, sollte für die meisten also reichen. Man kann damit auch sein Handy laden. Ich hab ein IPhone der neusten Generation benutzt und es lädt sehr gut. (Ist aber nicht dafür gedacht, da die Ergonomie auf eine VR-Brille zugeschnitten ist, wollte es aber mal testen) Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Produkt, kann ich bestens Empfehlen! Gespielt wurde: Minecraft, Ready or Not, RE:Village, RE:7, Skyrim, Fallout 4, 7 days to Die und weiteres, in keinem Spiel Probleme mit der Kabel Verbindung gehabt! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
