Very good rich chocolate flavour
Its light on the stomach and easy to digest. I started using this after my workout and it definitely help complete my protein goal and helps in muscle recovery. No after taste. Just perfect

The taste is ok. Like most protein powder it takes a bit chalky. It blends well with water or milk, and does the job fine. The packaging is good and price is low. However the turn off is the smell. It smells like some low end medicine powder and it's hard to overcome. It's been 2 days and I find the smell revolting, maybe it will take some getting used to. Other than that it's a good buy.

Avoid this product. It will cause you to add weight due to a carb-heavy composition. This is not a protein supplement. It is a carb supplement. The high carbohydrate content (~50g/100g) is largely due to the presence of whey powder, a low-grade, high-lactose filler. It may also be that the blend is WPC-heavy, not isolate-based, contributing further carbs. You are ingesting milk powder at an expensive price - for 1/3rd the price, you can buy and have that. Look for a true protein powder with at least 70-80% protein and only 10% carbs. I couldn't read the ingredient list on the Amazon site so I took a photo of the one on the box. Total waste of money. Harmful to health. Misleading brand name and photos. The correct photo would be of fat not toned people.

Improved muscle recovery
Genuinely impressed with this product, the taste is very good and dissolves completely and easily , doesn't cause any guy issues . I've noticed better muscle recovery and reduced soreness after intense workouts.Would definitely recommend.

Soy based proten vs big muscles
Ok. It gives 35 grams of protein for 100 grams . After workout for muscle buliding depending on hight, weight etc 25 to 60 grams of protein required. Compared with soy based products this is damn costly.For soy based 40 grams can give approximately 30 gram protein. It is far cheaper for gym people.For that reason it is not advisable to buy it. 35 grams of protein for 100 grams . I kg lasts 10 days .1 kg soy based products last upto 70 to 80 days.Product taste excellent although.
