Improved muscle recovery
Genuinely impressed with this product, the taste is very good and dissolves completely and easily , doesn't cause any guy issues . I've noticed better muscle recovery and reduced soreness after intense workouts.Would definitely recommend.

Major discrepancy between serving size on label and Amazon listing
The product has a significant inconsistency between the nutritional label and the Amazon listing.The tub contains 1 kg (1,000 g) of powder, and the product label clearly states Serving Size: 1 scoop (100 g). At 100 g per serving, a 1 kg tub should contain only 10 servings.However, the Amazon listing states 30 servings per container. The physical scoop supplied with the product is also approximately 30–35 g, which is consistent with roughly 30 servings.This creates a major discrepancy:Label: 100 g = 1 serving1 kg tub: 10 servingsAmazon listing: 30 servingsIf 30 servings are intended, each serving would be only ~33 g, not 100 g.The label declares 35 g protein per 100 g, so a ~33 g serving would provide only about 11–12 g protein, not 35 g.If Amazon had listed 10 servings, the 1 kg weight, 100 g serving size and nutritional information would all align.I would request that the manufacturer/seller clarify whether the intended serving is 100 g or approximately 33 g, and correct either the nutritional label or the product listing accordingly.

The taste is ok. Like most protein powder it takes a bit chalky. It blends well with water or milk, and does the job fine. The packaging is good and price is low. However the turn off is the smell. It smells like some low end medicine powder and it's hard to overcome. It's been 2 days and I find the smell revolting, maybe it will take some getting used to. Other than that it's a good buy.

Soy based proten vs big muscles
Ok. It gives 35 grams of protein for 100 grams . After workout for muscle buliding depending on hight, weight etc 25 to 60 grams of protein required. Compared with soy based products this is damn costly.For soy based 40 grams can give approximately 30 gram protein. It is far cheaper for gym people.For that reason it is not advisable to buy it. 35 grams of protein for 100 grams . I kg lasts 10 days .1 kg soy based products last upto 70 to 80 days.Product taste excellent although.
