Great sound while it lasted…
Terrific sound. It died after 4 gentle years. Mail in service is your only option in the USA. Freight and packing is of course at your expense. If the can fix it, $400? plus. I always wanted B&W but won’t take this path again. Back to something that lasts a bit longer.

Clearly a B&W product
Great quality and finish with a much needed improvement over the past model. A bit of a lag between the synced voices and actors lips when passed through the sound bar via HDMI, not sure if it was my setup issue or the lag though. Sound is okay for what it is and the price point that it's selling for. Buy this if you want minimalist style and maximum sound and or have limited space within an Apartment or condo. (Plus it looks sexy as all hell for a sound bar) Don't buy this if you are simply going for the quality/value of the sound.

Hard as a rock!!
It is not only about soon or aspect, both truly impressive. Unfortunately it fell down from a 4' high shelve while I was tweaking around with cables. apart from a few scratches, incredibly it continued working as if nothing has happened. No need to say that the hit harmed me more than the sound bar but...

Not happy with that
This unit keeps changing inputs by itself. I can't tell why. Not happy with that, but the sound, appearance, and other features are great.

Poor quality, too many issues
I bought a few months ago (for the world cup) at Best Buy and since day one it was cutting or just getting disconnected all together. I eventually issued a warranty claim and all they did was send me a cd to update the system. Now, it has deteriorated to the point that I can't use it (image doesn't work), sound depends on the day. It's crap, I am sorry because I am not a hater kind of person, but this product was almost $2k new and the quality is subpar. Does it sound good? Yes, but to appreciate that the system needs to be working (which has not been the case in my experience).

Great sound, but buy a different sound bar!
Highly recommend not purchasing this, and finding a different sound bar. The good: the sound quality is excellent, no qualms with the sound at all. I would imagine it can hold its own against most sound bars. The bad: Out of the box, if you want to use this to switch multiple devices via HDMI (like a DirecTV box, Apple TV and BluRay), you need to know that you can't use a universal remote to select the proper HDMI inputs. The controls on this are "toggle" or "scroll," so every time you try to change activities you will need to use the remote's help feature (Harmony One or Ultimate) or the B&W controller and scroll to the proper input. Very annoying. The worst: Had mine just over a year, and the power supply has died - won't turn on, by power button or remote, dead in the water. Likely will be covered by warranty, but will be without TV for weeks.

the sound is great. Just watch when you play Blu-Rays
For a soundbar, the sound is great. Just watch when you play Blu-Rays, since the dolby processor might silence the vocals. you would have to adjust settings on your blu ray player

Beautiful and Sounds Great
We have been very happy with our B&W Panorama 2 which we've had for several months now. It set up and ran perfectly out of the box and though I find the remote a little fiddly, but have gotten used to it. For me, with senior citizen eyesight, I can't tell which end is the front or back on the egg-shaped remote which is important as I keep hitting the wrong buttons when the movie's on and it's dark. I've adapted and no more errors lately. Otherwise, the Panorama 2 sounds and looks great. It's hefty at 30+ pounds which is a good feeling. We have a unique problem in that our living room is very long at 25 feet in length. We have a pair of B+W CM9's (top of the line B+W's just below their Nautilus line) which also look and sound fantastic. These were in the center of the living room but our big TV was at one end of the room so didn't want the TV sound to be coming at us sideways when watching. Went to Best Buy/Magnolia on a whim and a salesperson (very good) sold us on the Panorama 2. It was visually compatible with the CM9's and would probably sound as good - our thinking. Didn't think twice about the price as we are sold on B+W sound quality starting from our first bookshelf units that we got 30 years ago that we had until recently and other systems on display didn't impress us visually or aurally. Got it home and as mentioned, it set up and ran great immediately - watched "Oblivion" on it and were blown away. A few days later had Magnolia redo our whole set-up of receiver, speakers, sound bar, mounted the TV's on swivel brackets, etc., they did a great job. Now have Sennheiser RS220 headphones so we can watch TV quietly if we want to. All components have beautiful sound, we can hear dialogue crisply and we're very happy. The B+W Panorama 2 looks great with its glossy black curving body and blue LED controls that go on with a wave of your hand, but generally we use the remote most of the time. We start the cable box by hitting all on, then the tv starts up followed by the sound bar a few seconds later. Everything worked flawlessly from day one and still does now four months later. Not true surround sound lacking rear speakers but we prefer quality over quantity and like the simple elegance of this gorgeous single unit system. Highly recommend all of this.

Stunning sound.
Fantastic product. Didn't think I'd ever be convinced by a soundbar. But now all my NAD and B&W stuff has gone and been replaced with this and I have to say, it sounds better than my old 5.1 which was decent. A key factor for me was that you can keep your existing sub. With Nose and Sonos you have to go with their proprietary sub, setting you back another 600ish. With this I kept my BK Monolith and went straight into the LFE. Excellent service and delivery from Sevenoaks. Always highly recommended.

Bellissima
