Very good machine. Install was easy and overall very good. Much better than a normal machine.

Machine has dividers which I’m not sure was in description. Was pleasantly surprised by this. This is my first HA HA machine and everything works well. Machine runs quieter than expected. I am unsure if there is a desktop version of the app to upload products and manage inventory but recommend one is developed if there isn’t one. The phone app works good. Just took some time getting used to all the different functions.

It didn’t work

I recently purchased a Haha vending machine, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The machine is modern, reliable, and easy to operate, making it ideal for both new and experienced operators. The seller was responsive and helpful throughout the process, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

Great product and great service

Has been a big hit for our indoor facility. Find a way to keep the food items upright has been the trickest part. Have noticed some items that get 'missed'- meaning the camera does not catch all items, BUT it's AI so be mindful of that. If your upset about losing a couple bucks here or there then go with the old school machine & you will likely spend it on maintenance costs anyway! The app is very straight forward & shows everything cleanly upfront. I will absolutely be ordering another when the time comes.

I purchased this as my first AI vending cooler. Over time. I learned my customer's food and drink interests and the sales has increased. These are so versatile with the different products you can put in them. I can see in the future replacing all my traditional vending machines with HaHa coolers.
