No good. When I received this, I CLOSELY inspected the item for uniform needle height and everything looked ok. The next time I used it, I noticed it hurt very badly. On inspection, I noticed that some of the needles where raised-up! Also, the second time I used this, the roller would not freely rotate. I never place my dermarollers anywhere but the included case so needles are always suspended, but this is a bad unit. Please do not order. I lost $10 and need to buy another one from a different vendor. Conclusion. This plastic is too soft and the suggested alcohol to sterilize is melting the plastic. Do not soak in alcohol!

This derma roller is intense! It comes medically packaged, I love the transparent design it has where you can seee through even where the needles come from. I have by now used 0.5 needles and at some point it wasn't making such a difference as it did at first. These size needles 1.5 are really long, I probably should have gone down to 1.0, however with just a light roll without too much pressure, I could see my skin already feeling something from it unlike the shorter one. Which may be great because if it keeps getting used to it, one can start slowly adding more pressure. Easy to clean and store in a nice transparent box! Can only recommend!

Good value for money. The handle is durable, and easy to use. Does give a little skin irritation.

Did not feel any needles at all. Maybe they were missing? This is cheaply made.

I have used this exact style before with zero problems. I like that you can buy different needle lengths and that you control the pressure and speed when using. The case makes it easy to soak clean and store safely.

Worked great a few times but now it does not roll easily. It pinches your hair and you have to use alot of pressure to get it to roll. I did wash it a few times, not sure if using alcohol would help.
