**Q: Is there a windows driver to use with this cable?**

**Q: Does this work with windows 11?**
A: Yes, I use it to connect my Windows 11 laptop as a serial terminal using PuTTY (free software).  I did have to download and install a driver for it.

**Q: Would this work for connecting to a Dell R610? Or for that matter any server with serial comm port?**
A: I use it to connect to a router, so it’s likely the one you want. I had tried another cable that wasn’t “null modem“ format, and that failed. So, check from the picture that the “gender” of the rs232 end looks right for your dell, and see if you can confirm that the dell wants a null modem cable.  But I bet it works,
