Game Changer
Straight up as I said in the title completely and totally a “Game Changer” the overall support you get from this hip belt isn’t even close to using a ruck without one. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have overall support for your ruck, light or heavy. I carry 35-95 lbs at a time and it’s really working for me. In fact, I have purchased this hip belt for all of my rucks. Obviously matched in color to GoRuck products, but matches very closely to First Tactical and 5.11 Tactical as well. I keep it varied so I use all three brands to vary the load, distribution and weight for higher performance during the big rucks and events. Just break out the card and purchase this and don’t look back, I’ve tried them all, this is the very best hip belt on the market.

Strong attachment
Was hesitant to purchase this because of some reviews mentioning the attachment to the backpack. I'm wondering if they weaved the MOLLE attachments through the strap and backpack or just went through the backpack. Weave the strap through the backpack MOLLE points and back through the strap MOLLE points so it passes through both points and wraps around. Weaved like that I'm able to hold the backpack by nothing but the backpack straps and shake it without them coming loose.

It works!
It helps distribute the weight to my hips. Make walking with the extra weight easier. Less back fatigued. It is definitely worth it.

Necessary
I have the Rucker 5.0. The hip belt is necessary is you go for any distance or elevation. It just saves your back. FYI Rucking has stopped my back pain that started when I switched to a desk job.
