The worst robot ever, please don't buy. It has the most pathetic app and software to deal with daily cleaning. Unable to do the desired functions. Unable to follow the map. Mop is of very poor quality, completely of no use. There much better brands available at same value. We thought going for an Indian brand should be good but it was a bad call.

I am totally disappointed with the support from Eureka Forbes. I had purchased the machine for Rs 12999 from amazon. However the machine went dead exactly after 1 year of my purchase and as soon as the warranty got over. As informed by the company there was no option to purchase extended or AMC for the product. After a lot of persuasion and follow up with the company the service engineer finally visited my place. After checking the machine he informed that either the battery or the mother board of the machine has gone and the parts has to be ordered. He also informed that the battery will cost approximately Rs 7000 and the mother board will cost nearly Rs 10000. The company by their official mail from the ceo desk informed me that it would cost a total of Rs 17500 for the parts of the product. The machine which actually costed Rs 12999 during purchase is now costing Rs 17500 for repair. Further there was no option to purchase warranty and the machine went dead exactly after 1 year after the warranty expired. In such situations what is the credibility of purchasing from a brand like Eureka Forbes. If the company is unable to ensure the minimum longevity of the machine then it is really a shame and what is the use of purchasing from a brand like Eureka Forbes. A local company vacuum cleaner will also serve the same purpose and sometimes more for a lesser price. The fact that the machine became dead clearly at the end of one year is really not acceptable and that too correctly at the end of warranty period. I really feel cheated from Eureka Forbes. I am in real mental trauma and agony as I have lost my hard earned money for a brand like Eureka Forbes.

Honestly it still cannot match human cleaning but I am happy with its over all performance. The different suction and waterlevels for cleaning and moping are funtastic. The UI is friendly but could offer so much better. More iterations of the UI are needed for better robo control. The cleaning is great, it does pickup a lot of dust and other items. It saves me a lot of time. It's value for money. It's not a must buy but it saves a lot of my time, so highly recommend!
