Amazing!
Works perfectly, battery life is very long and is a solid product! Detailing on it is lovely also. It’s now my dad’s favourite lighter.

Great lighter and value for money
Great quality lighter for the price with attractive chinese dragon design etched on outer case. Lighter also includes a battery charger indicator, which is an upgrade from previous one purchased. Plasma arc lights in windy conditions and battery life good. Very good quality lighter for the price and would recommend. One point to note. Do not touch arc when lighting as it will give your finger a good zap!

Excellent lighter
I've owned a lot of different arc lighters and this one is the best one so far. I was going to review it once the battery ran out the first time but so far after 10 days it still hasn't shown the low battery light yet so the battery is easily lasting 5 times longer than my last 200mah lighter. All arc lighters I've owned have only lasted roughly one year using them about 10 times a day so this one should be roughly the same but I think it might just last a bit longer this time (manual states it will light over 100 cigarettes at 2 second burn or 50 cigarettes using it for 4 seconds, 30 for 7 seconds, this is accurate so far). The problem with arc lighters is that the arc contacts wear down from repeated use. Also, although they can be used outdoors in the wind, I won't be doing that anymore as that reduced their lifespan much faster, you have to hold the cigarette really close to the contacts which burns them so although you can do it, it's best to avoid using this outdoors to make it last. The arc points are going to eventually wear down on this one but they are a bit longer than my last lighter and seem a bit more durable so far, we shall see. It should warn you when the battery gets low but the battery is so long lasting this literally hasn't happened yet. I've had other lighters that showed how full the battery is and I was thinking that would be a downside to this lighter but it isn't, on other lighters the battery light is useless most of the time as the batteries were so weak as soon as it went down one bar you'd have to recharge it or they wouldn't light properly anymore. This one like said lasts 5 times longer and it also warns you when you need to recharge it so much better than any other lighter with a battery level. The only main niggle with this lighter is that the arc contacts are a little too far forwards so when you flick open the lid you can scrape your thumb along the arc contacts because they are also slanted forwards. It's just something to be aware of, with the right flick motion you can avoid scraping your thumb but you have to be aware of it every time flicking the lid open. This could have easily been avoided placing the arc 1-2mm further back and it is a design flaw in my books but it's not a deal breaker and I will certainly be getting this one again in future once this one gives up (as long as it does last at least a year and is still available by then). Would recommend this one above all others on Amazon. I've literally tried practically all the others Amazon sells.

It’s a cool dragon pattern for a great plasma lighter
It looks great, a really well done finish and it feels really solid. I got the golden one, and am really impressed with how good this one looks. The X style plasma thingy also works way better than other single line ones that I had before, it burns quite easily (at least on everything I tried so far) Great price for what it gives you, I was definitely not expecting this to feel this good, looks incredibly resistant and durable so far The battery stands quite a few uses without charging. So that’s another plus

Slick, solid, easy to use, great value
I've had a plasma arc lighter for a good 7 years and it was starting to need recharging a bit too often, and with a micro USB that is becoming less and less common. So I thought I'd make that my backup and shop for a replacement. I found this absolute bargain at £8.48 at the time, which is £2.50 less than I paid 7 years ago! This lighter is larger too, and I suspect will hold more charge. In fact, on that note, I have had it for a month now, and probably used it some 50/60+ times at a guess. It came with battery charged to 75% and is still sitting on the 50 marker without dropping to 25 yet. It's hard to remember how well my other one used to hold charge, but that seems very good to me and suggests I won't need to recharge it often. If you make far more frequent use than me, I'm sure it will still last quite long. And it massively beats the inconvenience of gas lighters. My Zippos always used to need refilling too often even if they weren't used, and the process was less convenient before you factor in more maintenance. Disposable lighters are just a faff. Unless empty, this thing never refuses to light with a simple gentle press, no fiddling with the flint wheel. I haven't had to charge it yet and probably won't for another month, so I can't say how long it will take, but being USB-C instead of micro USB I'm sure it will be much faster than my old model. Given the battery stats it should charge to full about 15 times quicker than a flagship phone, I expect, maybe a bit less since it doesn't have intelligent software to manage the charging. It seems sturdily made, with the hinge giving a nice satisfying, solid click when opened. Since the arc doesn't come on as soon as you open it and you have to press and hold the button for it to light, it's mildly less convenient in that regard, but much safer, than my old electric lighter which stayed on after one press, and with which I managed to accidentally burn myself once or twice if I dropped it or was clumsy. And you know what? It looks gorgeous. I love dragons, and at first when I opened it I thought the design didn't pop enough for what I expected from the picture. But it does when it catches the light right, and the way the light plays on the lighter design when you move its angles is captivating and a thing of beauty. One piece of advice - don't place what you're lighting directly onto the lighter prongs like people did to my old one, sit it in the plasma arc, otherwise you'll ash up the prongs and reduce their capability. They can be cleaned though, and usually I just blow the little bits of ash off. I actually might get another one while the price is so low, especially as these sorts of items have a tendency to no longer be available by the time you come looking for a replacement. Best Amazon purchase I've made in a while.

Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
Mega.
