Use it for school for the past year. Love it so much no problems at all with this. The size is great and screen is great for high and low quality.

It is amazing. I absolutely am in love with it. It lagged a little bit in the beginning but that was because it had updates that need done. But other than that it’s a great laptop for college.

Don’t buy!
The worst computer ever had ! All I was using was the internet and had no photos or storage on it . It was SOOOOO slow , about a minute to click from one page to another . Cheap price but horrible performance. I tossed it in the garbage !

It is as was described - I just am not tech smart so I wish I had looked at more and made a different choice. It has got to be the slowest computer I have ever used. Now the screen goes to black - my icons are there and I can do everything but my background picture is not there. I am very disappointed in this purchase

NOT WHAT IT WAS CRACKED UP TO BE
Not at all pleased with purchase. It is extremely slow and doesn't live up to the hype from the Ai assistant that helped me pick it. If you're a non-tech savvy senior, don't rely on Amazon to help with best selection. Returning is a hassle!!!!
