ResMed AirTouch N30i Cushion - Large

I wasn't sure at first until I put it on and used it. I'm am no longer ordering pillows that go in your nose. This is so comfortable, good seal, once you properly fit it, it has no leak. A little expensive but worth it for a better quality of life. I bought the medium now I'm going to try the large because I have wide nostrile.

These work great. They are the only nasal pillows that do not leak. They are also much more comfortable than the silicone masks. Only wished they lasted a little longer. You are supposed to change them out every couple weeks but I go at least a month.

Was excited to receive this cushion but it did not work for my ResMed Air Sense 10. Does not work on the ResMed Air Sense 10 frame part where the tube connects into it nor does it work on the area where you change out the cushions. So read the description carefully I assumed the parts were interchangeable but that was not the case. I am up for a new ResMed Air so I will order the ResMed Air Sense 11. But again to make this cushion work even with the new ResMed Air Sense 11 I am gonna have to order the frame ResMed Air Touch N30i frame system that goes with the N30i cushion which is around $100. Then you will need replacement headgear with the arms which is around $9.00. Gave it 4 stars because it felt comfy up next to my nose and I want this to work once I get my new machine.

Ten years on CPAP. This is the most comfortable mask so far. I'm a nose breather, but the pillow masks kept curling and then leaking or twisting and cutting off the air supply. I first used a nose mask then had been using a full-face mask to take the pressure off my front teeth. Neither of those frames allowed me read in bed with glasses on. Somehow, this little beauty stays on and lets me read and then sleep well all night.

This pillow works great, for me. Wraps around the nose great. Don't have the plugs go up your nose. Takes some getting used to, as you think it is slipping and sliding. Just tighten up your strap a bit. Clean it with a compatable CPAP wipe after use to remove skin oil. Not great if you have a full mustache or beard. Had to trim mine down quite a bit. Highly recommended for the clean shavers!

Excellent fit. Feels much smoother than the earlier version. If you can use a nasal only CPAP mask this combination works quite well.

Wanted to try these before I changed through my insurance and supplier. Omg. Game changer. I do need a medium instead of the SW, but it still feels so much better than the silicone plastic against my nose.

This is good if you sleep on your back, the moment I change to side, it started to leak and made loud noises. I got small wide since small was not available. I changed to P30i pillow cushion since they are interchangeable.
