**Q: how does your warranty work? thanks**
A: The warranty works very well within the first year.  I had one and they replaced it for a new one when the net ripped from wear within the first year.  The second one has lasted for 3 years and I am about to order a new one.  Good company, VERY handy net!  It gathers all of the debris every morning from the top of the pool.  I saves having to clean the pump filters as frequently as otherwise would be needed.  Highly recommend.

**Q: Does the pole always need to be 48" or can you take sections out to make the pole shorter?**
A: The pole can be 12", 24", 36" or 48" long

**Q: Is there an ultra light 4' pool skimmer, One pole, not telescoping, very light weight**
A: Not sure if the question. It is very lightweight. Not telescoping, approx. 4 ft.

A: 3/4" aluminum pole.
