I repeatedly injure the same area due to my job. I go for massages, chiropractor sessions and physical therapy on a regular basis. Pain will be temporarily relieved but will return shortly.I would wake up in the middle of the night in pain and not able to fall back to sleep. I read about the testimonials and decided to give a try. I splurged on the recovery bag because of my whole body pain. The product was received on a thunderstorm type of weather. I zipped up the bag around me. I was able to sleep through the night without waking up and I woke up with very little soreness (1 out of 10). Normally this type of weather will intensify my lower back pain. The next day I raked the leaves of my back yard for a good 2-3 hours, wrapped myself again with the bag and woke up with no pain. I know it's not in my head. What I have noticed is that when I receive any type of therapy, massage, PT, etc, my pain is lessened but the inflammation of the tissue/muscle is still there. Let me say that when I woke up in the morning, pain free, I also did not feel any inflammation of the tissue or muscle. If this sheet can last me a year, I am happy. It's a lot less than what I spend between doctor's visit and massages. The earthing effect also make me calm. Mind you everyone reacts differently to earthing. Before we could set it up on his island bed, our son came down with tremendous back and leg pain, which impeded his daily physical work and severely disrupted his sleep, waking him up every two hours and keeping him awake for significant amounts of time.
