Smooth Drink
Smooth and easy to drink. No sharpness which you can sometimes get and easy on the taste buds. I have purchased another bottle since buying this one so can definitely recommend this Irish whiskey! Not the cheapest on the market but well worth the price. Good quality drink.

My word.........
Well, what can I say. I am a keen whisky enthusiast and try all sorts from around the world to test and learn. My favourite whiskies tend to be scotch.I am currently working my way through Jim Murray's 2017 Bible and buying whiskies that are 90 plus and affordable. This beauty gets 96.Although not the most complex, which I prefer, it is one of the most enjoyable experiences when tasting a dram. The smoothness, taste, pleasure when tasting is sublime. I really recommend this whisky if you like Irish whiskey. You will not be disappointed. Five stars plus.

A great whiskey but not my favourite single pot still
I'd give this a 4.5 rating. It's got everything you'd expect from a single pot still whiskey- complexity, sherry cask sweetness, creamy mouth feel, very smooth ,yet think I marginally prefer the Signature Release. I'll definitely buy it again and may amend my judgement, but I'd sooner buy Yellow Spot or Method and Madness which seem more satisfying to the palate.

Classy
Rich and enjoyable whiskey, very classy and excellent value when on offer at just under £40.

One of the best
One of the best Irish whiskeys on the market today. Beautifully balanced and a massive step up from the typical supermarket offerings.

Decent irish whiskey but very overpriced
Very expensive and mis-described.

A super underdog!!
Powers is well known in Ireland but not as well known as Jaimeson or other global Irish Whiskey brands. But this is one of the smoothest Irish Whiskeys I’ve had the pleasure of tasting. A solid favourite for any occasion and one of the rare whiskeys I can serve to both casual and discerning Whiskey drinkers.Excellent value for money and should be a staple in any spirit cabinet.
