Before I bought it I checked out a couple of Indian YouTubers actually using it daily and not just demonstrating it for YouTube. Once I bought it I followed their instructions exactly and every single flatbread I've made since then has been successful. I've mainly used a flour, plain yoghurt and water mix so far but I can't wait to try out different kinds of flat breads. It's also good for reheating them the day after. I'm very happy that I gave in and bought it - it's fantastic Review: Roti Maker had to be returned. - Had this Roti Maker for only three months. It developed an electrical fault inside the unit.
