The only sleep aid I used 7-9 years ago.

Without Unisom 50 mg, 100 soft gel sleep aid I'm having trouble sleep at night. When I wake by a dream in the middle of the night. Random thoughts one after another until 6 am. Taking 1 and sometime 2 soft gel a night I stay asleep. Effective within 20 minutes. Great stuff.
