Great flavor, great on fish gives a great crust and a hint of sweetness ln

I have used this on chicken combined with my own chicken season mixture and beef tri-tip. It is excellent. I especially like the little sweetness on the chicken. I feel like it would work well with pork, shrimp and fish like salmon.

I initially bought this rub for an Asian dish recipe....and quickly realized it was a secret ingredient for so many dishes...I literally love the taste so much it isn't unusual to find me dipping a finger in to taste, and more than once, while cooking.....

This stuff is phenomenal. Go ahead and get the bigger bottle. I use it specifically with fish, shrimp, and it's good in vegetables too.

I tried this to season skirt steak for stir fry and it is excellent. Just the right flavor profile for Asian cooking.

I used this seasoning generously on chicken legs then rolled in pork panko. put them on the grill and they were bursting with flavor when done. Should have purchased two jars as I'm sure I'll go through it quickly.

Very strong garlic flavor.

Seasoning arrived already open and had spilled out in the package. There was no seal to peel back so can’t trust that the product is safe or sanitary.
